ECI in association with Steuler GmbH, designs, manufactures and installs Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Systems to remove NO x from flue gas emissions.

ECI’s SCR Systems use the zeolite/ceramic molecular sieve honeycomb catalyst specially developed by Steuler GmbH. Flue gas emissions containing NO x are passed through the catalyst with a reducing agent – urea or ammonia. NO x is reduced into nitrogen and water vapour.

ECI’s SCR Systems are resistant to poisoning, masking and plugging, making them easy to operate and extremely long-lasting. Spent SCR catalyst is fully recyclable and does not pose any threat on the environment. ECI’s SCR are suitable for power plants and various industrial operations.
